Dr. Migliano has nearly a decade of experience as a full time professor in Lynn University's College of Business and Management. In this position, she coordinates the MBA graduate specialization in Leadership & Management, having initiated the degree program and developed course curriculum for the four courses in the specialization. In the classroom, Dr. Migliano teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on Leadership Development, Organizational Culture & Behavior, Leading Change Management, Organization Development, and Leadership & Management of Organizations. On campus she is an advisor to student internships, career coach for graduates, an onboarding mentor for new faculty, and a committed instructor of the university's Career Preparation courses. Prior to her faculty position, Migliano spent 13 years as an athletics administrator with the Lynn University Fighting Knights, the last nine of those years as Director of Athletics. Outside of higher education, she has worked in public accounting, and as a business developer and recruiter for a career placement firm specializing in accounting and finance.
