Partnering with a Highlands Certified Coach is the only way to access the distinctive Highlands Ability Battery. Kristen Migliano, founder of KQ Coaching, is a Certified Highlands Consultant. In this role, Dr. Migliano facilitates access to the HAB, provides instructions to complete the assessment, and offers customized analyses reports used in a critical debrief session.
